Short description of the project:

The project main objective is to provide a proper transition of the applicant students to an active life in the field of applied electronics in healthcare, automation and nanotechnology, and to ensure them a long term successful career.

Within the project a regional interactive partnership between the applicant Politehnica University Bucharest, a research partner (NRDMI - National Research and Development in Microtechnology Institute, www.imt.ro) and an industrial partner (INSOFT Development & Consulting, www.insoft-dc.ro) has been set up. The partners have expertise and latest generation equipment for the project requirements, in order to support the students’ transition from school to an active life. 

The partnership offers multiple informal interactions between target group students, and specialists in applied electronics in healthcare, automation and nanotechnology by means of training sessions and workshops provided within the project.

The professional orientation counseling will help students to identify their own needs and professional skills, but also to understand the requirements and opportunities the labour market offers after graduation.

The internships provided by the project partners will help students to develop practical skills needed for employment in their field of study, after completing their education. On the long term, these activities will ensure the target group students the chance and support for a successful career in in the field of applied electronics in healthcare, automation and nanotechnologies.
